Do Not Forget About Us
We who are overlooked and marginalized – the elderly, the mentally and physically infirm, the unemployed, the under paid, the uninsured, the food insecure, minorities, refugees, veterans, the disabled, the homeless, the addicted, foster and adopted children, single working parents, the abused, women in need of abortions, the victims of racial hatred and discrimination, the persecuted, the oppressed, indigenous peoples… unfortunately, the list goes on…ask you to advocate for our survival.
In nicer times we may have added Please at the front of Do Not Forget About Us. Not today! 47 and his henchmen and henchwomen do not deserve any niceties from us at all!
Although the focus is on the harm the 47 administration is causing by firing employees and ending programs, the end result of these heinous and cruel actions is the effect on the people who rely on these programs and benefits to survive.
In most cases these people cannot attend rallies and demonstrations. That is why those who do attend must remember who they are demonstrating “for”, rather than just being “against” 47.

We need you to build a groundswell of advocacy for those of us who are marginalized in society, ensuring that every individual is remembered, respected, and supported regardless of their circumstances or background.
We need you to champion the rights of marginalized communities, ensuring no one is forgotten or disrespected.
We need you to advocate for the vulnerable and help foster a more inclusive society for all.
Don’t get wrapped up in the 8647 meme.
We are “the people” who are being harmed. DO NOT FORGET ABOUT US!
The original thought of Do Not Forget About Us came to me in relation to the status that I and my neighbors have in our local community. We’ve had discussions with “management” about some issues and the thought was my reaction to the prospects for change here in the community.
I often think about how my ideas could be expressed to a wider audience and I usually turn it into a web site. After buying the domain name I thought it might have a wider appeal and I created the content you see on this page.
If you know of a “movement” oriented organization that might see this as a “rallying cry” and push this further I would be willing to donate the domain name to them.
